Royal Prince has an insane partnership pedigree of “David Green (a former executive with Dana Estates, Lede Family Wines, Joel Gott Wines and Price Family Vineyards, among others) and winemaker Maayan Koschitzky (with Screaming Eagle and Dalla Valle on his resume, along with current roles as manager of Philippe Melka’s consulting portfolio and his own La Pelle wines).”
At 39 years old, winemaker Maayan Koschitzky was named one of “Wine Enthusiast” 40 Under 40 Tastemaker’s of 2019! I mean seriously, you’d be insane to think of any winemaker that worked at the likes of SCREAMING EAGLE ($500-$2000 PER BOTTLE), DALLA VALLE ($350-$500+ PER BOTTLE) or was hand-selected to work with PHILIPPE MELKA, would ever associate themselves with a $15/bottle if it wasn’t FREAKIN DELICIOUS!

Winery Tasting Notes:
“A dense purple hue opens with ripe blackberry, preserved plums with notes of shaved cocoa and black pepper. The mouthfeel is packed with sweet black cherry, cinnamon, and clove along with fresh sage and thyme. Long and persistent on the finish, the wine shows ripe tannins and elegant opulence with a focused core of soft vanilla oak.”
