Winery Tasting Notes: “Grapes are hand harvested and then cooled, then they enter a pneumatic press with a nitrogen blanketing system (the only press of its kind in Argentina). Before and during the gentle pressing of the grapes, nitrogen is introduced which eliminates all contact with oxygen during the whole process. This creates greater aromatic intensity. Overall, the wine is medium straw-colored with a fragrant perfume of honey, spring flowers, and tropical fruits. Ripe, flavorful, dry, and restrained, this is Torrontes at its best. The price makes it a steal.”

Cheers,
